The concept of specialty coffee is quite simple: individual geographic microclimates produce beans with unique flavor profiles. The environment in which the coffee plant grows in will impact it; even the plants and flowers around it can affect its flavor. Our coffee grows between 1400 and 1800 meters above sea level, and where native trees and plants grow alongside the coffee plants, this offers a shade that protects the coffee plant and provides its unique flavors and aromas.

This is the best tasting coffee I have ever had. I personally do not enjoy black coffee, I do enjoy this coffee black. The flavor and texture is very good when prepared in a French press. The oils really come through. The caffeine content is also not too high making it a perfect cup for me to enjoy and savor. This is my favorite coffee.

Very nice tasting coffee. The citrus definitely carries lightly with a smooth feel. Even with a drip coffee machine i would highly recommend over store bought brands of coffee. Very accurate description on label and reliable product.
